Pricing One Truck
In the dialog below, the user can edit and price one trailer:
Pricing can be done in several ways.
The price new can be specified using either a manually entered price, or using the
program's "Price As" function, for some trailer types. (In this example, the user has
specified that a utility trailer be priced as a boat trailer.)
If using the "Price As" function, you can specify whether the price is determined by
the capacity or the length. The value calculated will rely on a corresponding field.
In this sample, neither the length nor the capacity (gross weight minus light weight)
have been entered, so the value displayed is the minimum market value for that trailer type.
The fields shown below with the value "N/A" are fields that are optionally supplied by
the imported Excel file.
